TRANSFEROR AND TRANSFEREE
I, ___________________, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizens with residence
_______________, Philippines and _________________, of legal age, Filipino citizen
and a resident of _______________, Philippines and ________________________,
both of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen, with residence and postal address at
_____________________Philippines under oath, do hereby depose and state that:

1. We are the TRANSFEROR AND TRANFEREE in that deed


denominated deed of Absolute Sale of a portion Registered Land entered in
the Notarial Registry of the undersigned as Doc. No. ____; Page No.___;
Book No. ____; Series of 2020;

2. The parcel of land subject of the aforementioned Deed is the retention area
or a portion of the retention area of the Transferor and Transferee which
does not exceed five (5) hectares;

3. Our separate landholdings including that parcel of land subject of the afore-
mentioned DEED is less than the allowable limit area of five (5) hectares;

4. This affidavit is executed to show proof that the land subject of the above
mentioned transaction is a portion of our retention area;

5. We are executing this affidavit in compliance with DAR Administrative


Circular No. 1, Series of 1989 and to attest to the fact that our separate
aggregate landholdings inclusive of the aforementioned parcel of land
transferred to us do not exceed five (5) hectares;

6. Finally, we are executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of all the
foregoing statements and for all legal intents and purposes it may well
serve.
