 Evaluate the people and events and their influence on Rizal’s early life

Introduction:
Rizal was born on a moonlit Wednesday night of June 19, 1861. He was born in the Lakeshore town of
Calamba, Laguna. He was raised in a joyful home, a religious environment, headed by good parents. His
childhood is painted by colorful memories of his home and his early education. Rizal grew up as a man full of
wisdom and creativity. In this lesson, we will examine Jose Rizal's childhood and early education in the
Philippines. In this lesson, you should evaluate the influences of first life experiences and significant people on
Rizal's life.
