08-003 Injector Mounting Bolt

This document provides instructions for properly tightening injector clamp bolts on 2005-2009 J05 and J08 engines. It explains that oil in the mounting hole can cause the bolt to reach its torque specification before properly securing the injector. The correction is to clean out any oil or debris from the hole using compressed air before torquing the bolt to the specified 25 N·m. It cautions not to mix up bolts for the injector return line and union return line, as they have different thread pitches.
