Based Continuing Professional Development Strategy for the Improvement of Teaching and
Learning.”

1. Schedule of LAC - It will be best if the schedule for the session do not conflict
with the other tasks and schedules of the teachers.
2. Unstable Internet Connection - having a poor internet connection can affect
the overall interaction between the speaker and LAC members.
3. Relevance of the Topics - To make sure that teachers are gaining knowledge
and skills that are useful to the current situation or in the future, the topics in
the LAC sessions should be relevant, timely, and beneficial to all parties concerned
especially in these trying times.
