Assessment 2: DECODING STARTUP DIGITAL FUNDING SOLUTIONS

Setting the Context: Digital Lending in India has come a long way from being limited to
account aggregation and B2B loans. The Indian consumer is fast becoming the low hanging fruit
for many of India’s lending tech startups. India’s digital lending wave is fueled by massive
demand from the consumer side as income growth has been weak in the past year. The growing
role of credit is best indicated by the fact that on average 5.6 Mn credit cards are being issued
annually.

factors affecting India’s Lending the elements mentioned below.
Technology Landscape as most Part B: One Page Investor Pitch with 12 Points
advanced way of Funding the Slides Handouts to be included in presenting the
startups. Business Plan to Investors.
Kindly Note: Students should identify any 2 Startups of their choice and some of the indicative areas
could include but not limited to Fintech, Marketing, Retail & E-Commerce, Agriculture, Health Care
Solutions, Food, Technology Driven, Environmental and Sustainability Startups, and they should be
funded by the Digital Lending organizations mentioned in the List above and cover these elements in
their Group Report with outline of these Headings:

8. One Page Investor and Fund Raising Pitch PowerPoint slides Handouts to be added
with the report itself.
