1 Turnstile gate Instruction

1.1 Turnstile gate description

Turnstile gate is one of series products that manufactured for years

in our company. The machine combined mechanism, electronic,
microprocessor and all kinds of read&write technology. Working
with different read &write device and protection device to realize
smart control and management.

The machine made by stainless steel, well designed, anti-rust,

stable. Standard output electrical interface to connect any type of
external device solution. Like Display, Counter, Card collector,
RFID Wristband Collector, Coin insert, Push button, QR code/Bar
code reader, IC/ID card reader, Face recognition reader, Fingerprint
reader, ESD entry system, Walk through metal detector, etc.

1.2 Main Features

1) Swing barrier, Flap gate and Speed gate series Fault self-test
and alarm functions, convenient user maintenance and using.

2) Via the control board Built in a small dish, Programmable

devices running status.

3) Anti-Pinch mechanical structure, anti-bumps function, when

the swing arm reset process meet resistance, within a limited
time automatically stops the motor, the default delay after the
reset again (until reset), and the force is very small(≤2kg).

4) Break into protection function, when the gate signal is not

received, the arm automatically locked.

5) Remote control and management by the management

computer.

2 Turnstile gate Installation and debugging

2.1 Turnstile gate Installation

◆ Prepare the tools for installing the turnstile gate;

◆ After clarifying the system composition and working methods,

carry out overall planning and prepare to start installation;

◆ After finishing the ground foundation surface, lay out the

turnstile gates according to the label;

◆ After locating the holes, drill the holes, and embed M12
anchor bolts or expansion bolts;

◆ Thread the strong current and weak current cables with 3/4"
PVC pipes respectively and bury them in the corresponding
positions;

◆ Move the ordered turnstile gate to the corresponding

installation positions, and align the anchor bolt positions one
by one;

◆ Check whether the turnstile gate is placed correctly, and after

the check is correct, proceed to the next step;

◆ Open the cabinet door, choose one of the devices as the

reference datum (preferably choose the middle one as the
reference datum), align the bolt holes of the machine base with
the corresponding anchor bolts, and pre-tighten the nuts;

◆ Open the one of the neighbor door, align the bolt holes of the
machine base with the anchor bolts and align the set reference
equipment, pre-tighten the nuts; if there are more than one
need to install and so on;

◆ Refer to the wiring diagram, connect the power cable and the
Access Control cable, and connect the system protection
ground line;

◆ Tighten the anchor nut after the state inspection and function
debugging are qualified.

! Warning：
1. The depth of the buried PVC line pipe should be greater than 60mm,
and the height of the exposed ground should be greater than 50mm,
And the outlet is bent back to prevent water from entering the line pipe.

2. When installing turnstile gates, the left and right gates of each channel
should be aligned.

3. Connect the system protection ground cable.

4. If the equipment is used outdoors, a cement flat with a height of

100~200mm should be built at the installation site of the equipment，
And add roof and other sun and rain protection facilities;

5. After the equipment is installed, it can be put into normal use only after
the state inspection and function debugging are qualified.

2.2 Turnstile gate function debugging

Note: The following function debugging can only be carried out

after the turnstile gate state is checked normally!

Preparation instructions before turnstile gate debugging:

 Check the mains wiring according to the wiring diagram.
 Check whether the power wiring and other wiring of the entire
turnstile gate are correct.
 Power on and debug after confirmation!
 The protective ground of the equipment must be reliably
grounded, otherwise its use is not allowed.

B. Press “UP” or “DOWN” to “plus” or “minus” the selected

number,press “SET” to move the cursor.

C. After entering admin password “603”,press “SET” to enter

the menu.

D. Press “UP” or “DOWN” to move the arrow to select the item

and press “SET” to enter the parameter settings.

E. Press “UP” or “DOWN” to change the parameter,press

“SET” to return to menu.

F. After setting all parameters,press “SET” for 3 sec to save the

settings and return to home page.(Or 20 sec without
operation).

Operation

(1) Press “MENU” for 3 sec to enter to menu.

(2) Press “UP” or “DOWN” to move the item and press

“MENU” to enter the parameter settings.

(3) Press “UP” or “DOWN” to change the parameter,press

“MENU” to return to menu.

(4) After setting all parameters, choose menu [F10], press

“MENU” to exit.(Or 5 sec without operation).

3.3.3 Tripod turnstile and Full height turnstile parameters

introduction
After the control board is powered on, the LED screen displays <Run>.
“F 0 1”：Set the timeout period for gate closing. After the gate is opened, the
closing time for no one to pass through (0~255, default 5 seconds)

“F 0 2”：Normally open function setting. 1: When normally open, only the

left side is open. 2: When normally open, only the right side is open. 3: Open
the left and right sides when normally open. (The default value is 3, open
both sides when normally open)

“F 0 3”：Turnstile working mode. 0: Free passage (Full height turnstile )1:

Power-down lever (Tripod turnstile )

“F 0 4”：Swipe memory function. Can store 10 valid card swipes. (The

default value is 0, memory is prohibited)

“F 0 5”：Test mode. In the test mode, press the MENU button to exit the test

“F 0 6”：Sensor signal setting. 0: tripod turnstile,1: 120 degree full height

gate,2: 90 degree full height gate
“F 0 7”：Enter the normally open time. When the duration of the continuous
opening signal exceeds the parameter set, the system enters the normally

open state (default value 0, normally open closed)

“F 0 8”：Opening delay. This parameter is only valid when the memory

function is turned on (default value 0, no delay)

“F 0 9”：Reset. All parameters of the main board are restored to factory

settings.

“F 1 0”：Exit the menu. Or there is no key operation within 5S to

automatically exit.

! Warning：
 For all turnstile gate control boards,the software version will be
continuously upgraded, the functions will be continuously improved,
and some functions will be changed according to actual conditions.

 Without permission, no peripheral equipment can be added to the

control board, and damage to the control board caused by this is not
covered by the warranty.

 Do not use this machine when there is lightning to prevent damage to

this machine.

 Make sure that the system protection ground is connected reliably to

prevent personal injury.

 When the device is powered on, it is forbidden to stand in the channel.

 When pedestrians pass through the channel, do not stay in the middle of
the channel for a long time.

 When the equipment is not working need to properly manage, is strictly

prohibited, shake the device.

 When the device is in the closed state, it is strictly forbidden to push or

hit the gate.
