MANIFESTATION

PETITIONER MELISSA A. CORINALES – LOMOD, through


the undersigned counsels and unto this Honorable Court,
respectfully states that:
1. On February 24, 2021, the petitioner received an Order
from this Honorable Court directing the undersigned
counsels and petitioner to submit and/or file a written
manifestation, under oath, declaring whether or not they
are related to the branch clerk of court, Atty. Noel L.
Occeña.

2. In compliance with the abovementioned order, Petitioner


Melissa A. Corinales – Lomod as well as the undersigned
counsels, respectfully manifests and declares that they are
not related by consanguinity or by affinity to the branch
clerk of Court, Atty. Noel L. Occeña.

3. An Joint-Affidavit of No Relation is hereto attached and


made an integral part of this Manifestation, duly marked as
Annex A.

4. This Manifestation is duly filed in compliance with the


February 24, 2021 and with OCA Circular No. 108-2010.

PRAYER
WHEREFORE, from the foregoing, petitioner through the
undersigned and unto this Honorable Court, respectfully prays that
this Manifestation be NOTED.
All other reliefs, just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
