VM Tweaker Readme

This document outlines release notes for multiple versions of VM Tweaker software. The latest version, v. 0.13.3.50, added a VM State Manager that rebuilds the state backup algorithm to be less space consumable and added a feedback form. It also fixed minor issues in search procedures. Earlier versions added additional VM state restoration capabilities and experimental VM state saving and restoring features, added support for more VMware products, added BIOS and EFI tweaking features, and made various fixes and improvements.

Notes:
- !!! States saved with previous version are NOT supported
- Only "monolithicSparse" and "twoGbMaxExtentSparse" VMDK files supported.
Other types are in plans...
- Do NOT use VMWare Snapshots simultaneously with VM State Manager, otherwise
some states may get broken.
- VMWare will throw internal vmdk consistency errors each time State is
reverted - Just click "Yes" to "Do you wish to repair the disk and continue?"
dialogue.
- Deleting states will delete only index, return points and vmem; the HDD
parts will remain for consistency
- Supended states may leave obsolete vmem files in VMX directory
