I can concretize the school’s VMG by:


Looking at every single activity (sports trips, extracurricular, hall policies, homework policies, teacher
requirements, everything) and see if each one reflects the mission. If not, make changes. An outsider
should be able to look at any aspect of the school and see that the mission is being carried out there.
When a school goes through accreditation, this is one thing that is looked at. Committees help when
you're gathering all this information.
