programme. YOSH noted that SD comments to be
addressed first prior the programme can be considered.

3.03 KEN note that current programme indicates an overlap Note

risk of abortive work due to review comments received
after commencement of DD, closer coordination and
early feedback throughout the DD stage will be required
to mitigate risk.

deliverable will be expected on the next stage against

acknowledge and will forward the same.

5.02 Load Demand Notification KEN 18.01.21

In progress. Once the substation architectural design has


been completed. The MEP team will commence LDN
drawings. To be updated by next meeting
5.03 KEN note that they might need YOSH’s assistance Note

6.0 SITE SUPERVISION

6.01 KEN noted that M/s Baynunah is set to commence site KEN 18.01.21
mobilization for the boring works with a total planned
duration of 3 weeks for completion. Developments will be
updated progressively to YOSH.

6.02 YOSH noted that consultancy supervision is not required YOSH Note
for the boring works. KEN acknowledged and noted that
they will conduct visits as per utmost availability.

7.0 ANY OTHER BUSINESS
