save your precious time, kindly read the following instructions carefully. Please ensure that all relevant documents are
submitted as per the given checklist.

(f) One time KCCI Diamer Basha and Mohmand Dams Fund Rs. 1,000/‐
(g) One time KCCI Green and Clean Karachi Fund Rs. 500/‐

14. Payment can be made through Pay Order in favor of KARACHI CHAMBER OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY, or through cash
payment at Habib Metropolitan Bank, Hasrat Mohani Road Branch, Karachi.
15. For Chamber’s Identity Card, Rs 75/‐ is to be deposited in Habib Metropolitan Bank, Hasrat Mohani Road Branch and
challan to be submitted in KCCI Accounts Department. One passport size color photo is to be submitted. ID card will be
issued upon confirmation of Membership.
16. April to March is the Membership Year of the Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry and its membership will
expire on 31st March each year.
17. Your application will be presented before the KCCI Managing Committee for approval. It will be treated as incomplete
if documents/ signatures are not found to be in order. KCCI will not be responsible for any delay caused due to incomplete
documentation/ invalid signatures.
