Dear Hon. Dolar:

GREETINGS!

Please be informed that the Province of Sultan Kudarat has been a recipient of an Anti-Drug
Abuse Council National Award which was awarded last December 27, 2019 at Tent City, Manila
Hotel, Manila. We are anticipating to be a recipient again of this award.

In complying with the parameters to be declared as “Drug Cleared” status of drug affected
Barangays, we are consolidating reports for submission to PDEA. We were informed, however,
that there are still barangays in the province which have not yet submitted the requirements to be
declared as such by the Regional Oversight Committee. Among which is your barangay.

To ensure of such declaration, lacking documents needed therewith be submitted by your


barangay on or before December 7, 2020.

In view of this, please coordinate with your Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council (MADAC)
Focal Person for the submission of requirements.

Your utmost attention is requested as we look forward to being once again named as national
awardee in the context of PADAC functionality in our level.

Please accept our long lasting gratitude for your continued cooperation.
