NARRATIVE REPORT ON 3-DAY DISTRICT LAC SESSION WORKSHOP

ON KINDERGARTEN LAS’s FOR 3rd QUARTER

I - RATIONALE

Relative to the implementation of new normal for School Year 2020-2021, the
development of the Learning Activity Sheets (LAS) shall be based on the Most
Essential Learning Competencies (MELC) issued by the Central Office.

Learning Activity Sheets (LAS) is one of the most applicable ways in distance
learning modality. It reduces bond paper and ink expenses in printing modules. In
view of continuing QUALITY ASSURANCE of the SLMs the district office of San
Miguel 2 recommends the 3-Day District Workshop on crafting of Leaning Activity
Sheets (LAS) based on the Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCS)
through Division Memo 368,s.2020.

II - OBJECTIVES

The conduct of 3-Day District LAC Session aims to:

1. Ensure that the LASs are responsive to the need, context,


circumtances and diversity of learners within their schools.
2. Promptly monitoring and QA of LAS.

B. DATA PRESENTATION

Learning Activity Sheets (LAS) is one of the most applicable ways in distance
learning modality. By doing contextualized and localized Learning Activity Sheets
(LAS) this will help Kindergarten teachers to reduce bond paper and ink expenses in
printing modules. San Miguel II District kindergarten teacher’s participates in crafting
Learning Activity Sheets (LAS).

Learning Activity Sheets (LAS) has this positive effects, it is contextualized and
localized by Kindergarten teacher’s to cater the needs and diversity of every learners
within their schools. Kindergarten teachers of San Miguel II District are gathered to
develop their own Learning Activity Sheets (LAS) to enhance the teaching and
learning process and to increase the academic performance of learners.
Crafting of Learning Activity Sheets (LAS) for Quarter 3 was successfully made
by San Miguel II District Kindergarten teachers from Week 1 to Week 10.

C. IMPACT

Crafting of Learning Activity Sheets (LAS) for Quarter 3 was implemented in


order for the Kindergarten teachers to be ready for the opening of 3 rd Quarter and the
quality assurance of Learning Activity Sheets (LAS).

D. RECOMMENDATION

Teachers, recommend that these LAC Session will be continually


acknowledge.
