A. EQUIPMENTS

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of 200 TR nominal capacity
AIR Cooled Package Chiller with Fixed Speed.The chiller shall have semi-
hermitic Screw compressor, shell and tube chiller with necessary thermal
insulation, copper tube and aluminium fin condenser coil with adequate
number of fans for air circulation over the coils. The fans to be with IP 55
protected squirrel cage induction motors and interconnected copper
refrigerant piping with necessary accessories. The package chillers shall
have factory wire controls panel with touch type 12" LED screen, multiple
compressor and independent refrigerant circuit with thermostatic expansion
valve. Chillers shall be with initial charge of refrigerant R-134a or equivalent
and oil.
The price shall include anti-vibration mount,insulation, bellows.The
electrical accessories and components should withstand +/- 10% voltage
variation. Chillers should be selected for following duty conditions. and chiller
make should be AHRI certified
The cost shall also include supply and wiring of contactors, auxiliary
contactors, timers, control switches and providing necessary interlocking
between all high side equipments including all wiring and testing.(1W+1S )

Please note it is the responsibility of the HVAC contractor to provide the


necessary details for giving provision in the electrical panel

The chiller
should have provision for compatibility with BMS system capable of being
compatible with BacNet / Modbus / LON protocol.The chiller shall have soft
starter and spring isolator for vibration isolation.

2 Factory fitted Adiabatic Cooling System to reduced Condensing


temperaturein which water should be sprayed in the form of mist over a
dedicated panel (plastic net), thus improving the heat exchange process with
a partial water evaporation.The cost shall also include Dedicated controller
with temperature probe to manage the ON/OFFsolenoid Valve,Nozzle,Plastic
Net etc..,
