NB - MB Level 1 v1.7

This document provides guidelines for testing NB_MB Level 1 motherboards and determining if issues qualify as customer-induced damage (CID). It outlines the testing flow chart and defines CID criteria for various types of potential damage including scratched or broken PCB traces, damaged components, oxidation, burning, missing parts, serial number damage, and dirt. Repairable issues are accepted while non-repairable damage is rejected.
