Customer Service Experience through Chatbots :
1.) Manufacturing Sector : Samsung
Samsung chatbots are very old fashioned.
They were unable to connect much widely through chatbots that is what I
felt.
2.) Tourism Sector : SpiceJet
Spice jet chatbots are also very old fashioned.
They were not able to address my issue.
They were repeating the same lines. It seems as they were not able to
connect properly.
3.) Retail Sector : Ebay
Ebay has a very interactive chat bot.
They have an excellent contextual understanding and machine learning.
And they addressed my query very efficiently.
4.) Information Technology : Apple
Apple has a very interactive chat bot.
It was very nice experience of mine with Apple. They were correlating
with my queries.
Apple chat bot was very helpful and satisfactory.
