AFFIDAVIT OF LEGAL HEIRS

We,  ROLANDO G. LAIGO, ROSE MARIE LAIGO DAVIS, ROWENA L. BADUA


and RAQUEL L. DAGANTA, all of legal ages, all married and Filipinos (except for Rose
Marie Laugo Davis, widow and naturalized American citizen) and all residents of
Bacnotan, La Union, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with the law,
depose, and state:

That we are the surviving legal heirs of JOAQUIN TEODORO OBRA LAIGO, we
being his legitimate children with deceased Josephine Gabao Laigo; and

That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the
foregoing facts and for all legal intents and purpose that it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this ____ day of
