SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

legal age, married to _____________, and a resident of ________________________,
do hereby name, constitute and appoint ____________, Filipino, of legal age, married,
and a resident of _______________________ Metro-Manila, Philippines, to be my true

than the prevailing market value and thereafter sign for us in our names and

within a reasonable period of time as in (3) years.

2. For the purpose of executing the foregoing acts, to enter into such
stipulations, compromises, covenants, or agreements whatsoever and to
adopt such measures as she may consider necessary and proper;

3. To perform all other acts and execute all such contracts, documents and
agreements as may be necessary to carry into effect any or all the foregoing
powers;

4. In general, to do all other acts, deeds, matters and things whatsoever in


respect of my participation, rights and interest in the Property, as fully and
effectually to all intents and purposes as I could in person;

5. To remit the proceeds of the sale including documents and receipts related to
the sale of the said property;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power
and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to put into effect
the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying
and confirming all my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof.
