Special Power of Attorney
1. To sell, offer for sale, and come to an agreement as to the sale price higher
than the prevailing market value and thereafter sign for us in our names and
receive payment from the sale of a properties consisting of three (3) parcels
of land, located in the Province of Quezon, Philippines described as follows:
2. For the purpose of executing the foregoing acts, to enter into such
stipulations, compromises, covenants, or agreements whatsoever and to
adopt such measures as she may consider necessary and proper;
3. To perform all other acts and execute all such contracts, documents and
agreements as may be necessary to carry into effect any or all the foregoing
powers;
5. To remit the proceeds of the sale including documents and receipts related to
the sale of the said property;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power
and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to put into effect
the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying
and confirming all my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof.
