 Analysis

Analysis is an activity to Identify the probable causes for a performance gap. There are
procedures to do an analysis, such as, Validate the performance gap, Determine instructional
goals, Confirm the intended audience, Identify required resources, Determine potential delivery
systems (including cost estimate), and Compose a project management plan.

 Design

Design is an activity that aim to verify the desired performances and appropriate testing methods.
In this phase, the focus is on learning objective, content, subject matter analysis, exercise, lesson
planning, assessment instrument used and media selection.

 Development

The Development stage begins the production and testing of the methodology being utilized
within the project. In this stage, designers make use of the data collected from the two previous
stages, and use this data to make a program that will transfer what needs to be instructed to
members. In case the two past stages required planning and brainstorming, the Development
stage is all about putting it into action. This phase includes three tasks, namely drafting,
production and evaluation.

 Implementaion

The implementation stage reflects the persistent modification of the program to make sure
