CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT
This employment contract (the “Contract”) is entered into and executed
on _____________ at ___________________, by and between the following:
BUILD@WORX CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, a corporation
duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines, with principal place of business at Lot 2, Ipil
Extension, Marikina Heights, Marikina City, as represented herein
by ............................, hereinafter referred to as the “EMPLOYER”;
- and -
.............................., Filipino Citizen, of legal age, with address
at ........................................................., hereinafter referred to as
the “EMPLOYEE”;
WITNESSETH That -
WHEREAS, the Employer is engaged in the business of construction and
is in need of construction worker primarily for the purpose of building
infrastructures in connection with a specific project/undertaking to be
completed after all deliverables have been made and/or otherwise pre-
terminated by the client after six (6) months;
WHEREAS, the Employee guarantees, declares, and warrants that s/he
has the necessary qualifications and is competent for the said position, as well
as expressly acknowledges and consents to this employment contract;
WHEREAS, due to the above representations, the Employer offers the
Employee the above-mentioned employment which the Employee hereby
accepted;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises,
the parties hereby agree as follows:
1. Employment Period. The employment commences a day after the
signing of this contract provided that it is a weekday until the project
completion and/or otherwise pre-terminated by the Employer,

provided that the following pre-employment requirements have been
accomplished and submitted prior to the 1 st day of work. The ordinary
workdays shall be from Monday to Saturday.
2. Compensation. The Employee’s gross compensation is Php
_________.__ per month.After the deductions were applied, the net
income shall be payable on the 15th and 30th of the month.
3. Duties and Responsibilities. The Employee hereby consents and
assents to this employment contract along with the duties and
responsibilities attached in it.
The Employee warrants to perform the task assigned to him/her with
full responsibility and any damage or injury caused to the Employer,
the Company or any third person, with intent or through negligence
shall be his accountability or liability. If such damage or injury is
done by him/her with intent, the Employer has the right to recover
any monetary consideration as damages and any or all fees, expenses,
deeds or acts, objects arising from such damage or injury shall be
returned by the Employee. If the damage or injury is caused by
negligence or imprudence, the Employee shall be held liable for the
recovery of the Employer, the Company or any third person. In the
event the Employee is not capable performing his/her liabilities, the
Employer shall have the right to apply actions on his/her future fees
or collectibles and cash advances from the Company or third
person/s or corporation/s or any of his/her personal or real property.
The Employer reserves the right to appoint the Employee to other
tasks and responsibilities necessary for the completion of the project.
The Employer shall be held liable for the safety and security of the
Employee. The Employer shall render just compensation to the
Employee and all deductions unless caused by the acts of the
Employee shall only be within the bounds of the Philippine Law.
4. Monetary Benefits and Leaves. Statutory monetary benefits: 13 th
month pay and bonus shall be given at the period provided for in the
law. Also statutory leaves will be provided to the Employee whenever
due and proper.
5. Violations and Disciplinary Actions. Any violation of the Employee
shall be subject to the discussion of the Employer for proper sanction
or remedy. If the violation is so grave that it is prejudicial to the
Employer or the Company and the continuation of its projects, the

Employer has the right to dismiss the Employee without the need of
any judicial or extrajudicial actions.
6. Entirety of Agreement. Bothe Employer and Employee agreed to
the terms and conditions of this employment contract. This
employment contract is binding between the parties and upon any
individual related to this transaction or any other person.
In witness whereof, the parties have signed this agreement on the above
date.
