On the other had, getting involved in part time jobs can pose some challenges to children. Firstly, it
may cause them lack of their leisure time. This is mainly because they have responsibilities toward
their jobs. Therefore, they might not have enough time to socialize with others in their age. Secondly,
as they are extremely occupied with their work, they might end up feeling physically and mentally
exhausted. It is probable that they will feel a heavy burden because of their responsibilities in the
work place. As a result, they tend to get lower scores in school.

On the other hand, having a part-time job can offer some benefits to children. To begin with, it
enables children to gain worth life experience, which could prepare them mentally at a later stage in
life. For example, as they are exposed to work environment, they can get the opportunity to learn not
only become an independent person but also a reliable colleague. Thus, since most employers or
companies prioritize experience rather than intelligence, they will choose to hire them because of that
reasons.

Furthermore, when getting involved in part time jobs, children could have their own salary. Because
of this, they will get the chance to manage their money wisely and lossen up their family financial
burden. In contrast, other kid who do not engage in part time jobs would not appreciate money which
come from their parents compare to those who learn to contribute in their family financial.

this, they will get chance to be more independent and able to manage their own financial. In contrast,
other kids who do not engage in part time jobs will have different mindset and characteristics
compared to those who taking part-time jobs.
