All applicants are required to provide a photocopy of their Drivers License or Visa and
Passport when this application is submitted to Atlanta Intown Real Estate Services for
consideration. Each prospective tenant must submit an individual application.

Application Fees are due upon submission, made payable to Atlanta Intown Real Estate
Services. The fee is $35.00 per applicant. These fees cover the expenses of checking all
references and information verification.

By signing below, the applicant authorizes the landlord or their agent to investigate the
information supplied by the applicant and that a full disclosure of pertinent facts,
including credit report may be made available to the landlord.

By signing below, the applicant also authorizes the landlord and/or their agents to deposit
the deposit money into the landlord’s escrow account after notifying applicant of
approval. In the event the applicant(s) fails to execute a lease for the proposed premises,
the deposit will be forfeited as total liquidated damages.
