and to become the leading wireless services provider in the Philippines. Smart
has been widely known for its contrivance in product in the development, aims
their target market the “base of the pyramid”. The company provides call, text,
and data services; mobile Internet offers, 3G etc..services; wireless broadband
services, and international messaging, roaming, mobile banking, and
downloading services. Also offers phones and devices, including smartphones,
tablets, postpaid mobile cell phones, broadband products, and pocket Wi-Fi
devices, and Smart Prepaid Load

Did the Company’s Vision and Mission Statements exhibit the characteristics of
a well-developed Vision and Mission Statements? Improve or recommend a
statement as you see fit.
In my opinion, their Vision and Mission statements exhibit the characteristics
of a well-developed Vision and Mission Statements. However, since I am smart
user I can say that they should more focused on the service that they provides
not just on the customer itself but also to satisfied them. If their goal is to
provide the best experience to everybody they must improve the services to
be world class provider.
