I feel like this short film is perfectly suited for my target audience as it is related to young
girls that are suffering from bullying this links to my target audience as they might be
parents so they have most likely experienced pain like this during their lifetime so they
would be interested in a short film like this. Also the music in this really effect the whole
atmosphere in the short film which will be really effective in a short film with no dialogue
which would be my short film. Also in this short film we can see how teachers help students
and some people in my target audience could be teachers which shows how they would be
interested and how this narrative might have linked them a certain time in their life. So in
this short film there is a variety of roles that my target audience could relate to such as
being a teacher or being a parent to a bullied student or a troublesome student. The short
film consists of having transitions when you don’t know what might happen to the
vulnerable girl as she is being bullied. This will help protective parents in my target audience
who might not know how to talk to their children about bullying this short film shows how
you can speak to young vulnerable girls as most girls are considered shy or quiet to say
something out loud to someone as they feel they might be hurt. The drama genre links well
to my target audience as most of audience like to watch drama or justice being solved which
happens at the end of the short film.

In this animation it heavily relates to my stop animation since they are taught never to give
up and in this specific short film the moral of the story is not to give up when you are in
depths. The main aspect of this story is how two friends or brothers are building a bridge
and with their father watching over them and is ddemotivating them but they keep going
and end up building the bridge. This links to my target audience since it shows how close
relationships help each other throughout their lifetime also this links to my idea as my idea
is based on how 2 friends from the opposite class become best friends and go to the war
and never give up fighting until one loses their soul. This links with this short film since it
shows how you shouldn’t give up even when people are putting you down. After building
the bridge they test it for the first time and one of the characters fall this shows heartbreak
that links to my target audience as how people survive by losing someone very close due to
certain events. This traumatised the fellow character and showed how he had to keep
moving forward following the death of his follow friends similarly my idea has a close friend
dying and the friend keeps moving forward in spirit of his friends lost soul.

This short film mostly shows the comparison between the older and younger generation it
shows how people take advantage of old people and see them as fragile and weak, in this
short film we can see 2 people meeting everyday on the same bench and the old man
teaches the young man how to tie his shoe laces and the next day the old man is not there
and we can infer that he had passed away. This shows how the younger generation feels
when a older passes away so my target audience mustve linked to this during their time so
they mustve been able to relate this during their time. Also in this short film there is no
audio so I can see how the director was able to portray his point through music and facial
expressions. The music was a flute and it was showing emotions throughout the short film
and this has helped me since now I will know how to show emotion through the music. This
also causes them to relate as they could see the young man as their grand child or son and
how they couldn’t communicate on his or her level as children are seemed arrogant and saw
how this old man had affected the young mans life as how he taught him to tie his laces.
This shows the emotion throughout the story also you can see on the young mans face how
upset he was when he saw the old man disappear from his life forever.

This animation links to my target audience as it describes a close relationship with a kid and
a pet which is a dog. This links due to the fact most people in my target audience had a pet
as I had found it and usually when you have a pet you develop a certain attachment to it and
you can treat is a part of your family. The moral of this story was you can get attached to
anything and its good not to let go. From the beginning the little boy was dedicated through
out the short film and he was rewarded in the end. That’s something that the target
audience could have in common with the short film they way they could develop a
friendship with a neighbour or a pet of any kind. Also in this animation there is no dialogue
its just sound effects and music, this is well done as you can see the emotion with the music
contrasting very well. Also I have noticed that most people deal wothbpain in silence so
when doing my short film its good to have music to go with the flow.
