SCOPE : Our scope is limited to Design, Manufacturing, Shop Testing and Supply
of the equipment. Erection & Commissioning, Supervision, testing at site
etc., is not in our scope.
PRICE : - Delivery Exworks Salem.
- Firm for contractual delivery period.
- Exclusive of all taxes duties at levies.
- Freight to pay. Uninsured.
EXCISE DUTY : Extra @ 12.36 %, as per prevailing norms.
SALES TAX : CST extra @ 2% against form C or14.5%, as per prevailing norms.
DELIVERY : Within 10-12 weeks from the date of drawing approval, subject to force
majeure conditions.
PAYMENT : 30% advance along with the order and balance against Proforma Invoice
after Inspection before despatch.
FREIGHT : At actual to your account. The material will be dispatched by Road
Transport on Freight To-Pay basis.
INSURANCE : To your account.
VALIDITY : 30 days from the date of this offer.
GUARANTEE : The equipment is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period
of 18 months from the date of despatch and kept under proper storage or
12 months from the date of commissioning under proper use, whichever is
earlier. This guarantee period is not applicable for fuses.
With respect to our offer, we would like to highlight the following:
The equipment supplied will be in line with the bill of material enclosed. Any changes
required shall be accommodated with due commercial implication, if any.
You shall arrange 230V AC / 110V / 24 V DC supplies.
Unloading at site is not included in our scope of supply.
Installation, testing & commissioning at site are not included in our scope of supply.
Cable termination kits, lugs, cable glands etc., are not covered under our scope of
supply.
