examples.

1. Can you understand information in a news report?

Yes, I can.

For example (page 48):

The listening to a news report is about la Tomatina Festival in Buñol, Spain.

The Tomatina festival is in honor of Buñol’s but in the popular theories talk about a food
fight in the town as result of two probably theories 1 talk about the food fight start because
an overturned truck carrying tomatoes, but the most popular belief is that disgruntled
townspeople attacked city councilors with the vegetables during a celebration.

2. Can you use and understand there is/there are?

Yes, I can.

For example:

There is a cat, in my room.

There are not people, they stay in quarantine.

Is there any dog?

3. Can you describe places/attractions in a city?

Yes, I can.

For example:

The Stadium “Hernando Siles”, this place is a sports stadium in La Paz, Bolivia. It is the
country's largest sports complex with a capacity of 41,143 people. The stadium is located in
Miraflores, La Paz, at an altitude of 3,637 metres above sea level, making it one of the
highest professional stadiums in the world.

It is the home ground of two major Bolivian football clubs, Club Bolivar and The Strongest.

4. Can you correctly stress compound nouns?

Yes, I can.

For example:

I can’t see anything, turn on your flashlight.

I see a flashback in my work, maybe I should change my work.

For example: (page 50)

Emilie, Melisa and Kostas are talking about neighborhoods someone like his neighborhoods
but Melissa doesn’t like his neighborhoods because it’s really noisy.

And for Emile and Kostas, they like his respectively neighborhoods, because it’s very
friendly and is pretty big.

For example:

Take de main avenue, turn right and walk for 3 blocks and the bank is on the corner next to
the gym and in front to the school.

Where I live, it’s a noisy place because it is too busy every day and next to the avenue it’s
too dangerous the place name is “La ceja” well I don’t lake this place too noisy too busy and
at night it’s too cold but near to my house it’s the cable way purple, so I can travel really fast
to the center.

It’s all I can tell you, I hope it was a useful for you.

10. Can work with others to establish priorities?

Yes, I can.

Actually I’m studying computing science and for programmers is really indispensable the
team work and establish priorities because if you are coding something you need establish
priorities with your team we usually use the scrum method to work but if you don establish
your priorities the code ruined.
