IELTS Application: Summary

ONLINE APPLICATION RECEIVED


Thank you for submitting your application. You will now receive an
acknowledgement email that contains the summary and terms and conditions of your
application.

Please note: to complete your application, you MUST pay for your test place,
and send all supporting documents to your test centre by the stated deadline. If
you do not do this by the stated deadline, your application will be cancelled.

Submitting your ID Document

To process your application we require a scanned copy of the same valid ID or


passport indicated on your application form. It should show the ID expiry date and
your photograph.

If you have not yet uploaded your ID document (or the upload facility was
unavailable) please choose one of the options below to submit your ID copy.

OPTION 1: Forward this email to [email protected] and attach your


ID document. Also include your payment confirmation (see below for instructions on
payment). Please make sure the files are of sufficient quality.

OPTION 2: Send the full set of documents by post: a copy of this email, copy of your
valid ID or passport and payment confirmation. See contact details for address.

OPTION 3: You or someone else can bring the above full set of documents to the
British Council office within 3 working days after registering for the test date.

Making your Payment

You or an authorised person must pay for your IELTS test within 3 working days
from today.
If you have not yet made payment online (or the online payment facility was
unavailable) refer to the instructions in the HOW TO PAY section below on how to
make payment.
