the verb "" which means to speak or to

pronounce.

So any word has a meaning is called "

ma-h",

It comes in three types:

1- Noun = " ‫"ا‬

2- Verb = " "

3- Particle = "‫"ف‬

A Noun " ‫"ا‬

It is independent of other words in indicating its

meaning. It also does not have any tense, as in the

following examples:

‫ = ر‬Man

‫ = ه‬Specific Name

 = Good or Kind

 = Good

‫ = ه‬She

‫ = أ‬I

A verb " "

It is a word that indicates some action together

with one of the Three Tenses, as in the Following

It is a word whose meaning cannot be understood

It is a word, which refers to a general thing. For

example:

1. The word "'()" = a girl, does not refer to any

specific person. It can refer to any Female

person.

2. The word "" does not refer to any particular

beautiful. Every beautiful thing can be called

The Types of Definite Nouns

Definite Nouns are of Seven Categories:

1. " ‫ ="ا  ا‬proper nouns, e.g. " *"" " *‫" ز‬

2. "- ‫ = "ا  ا‬pronouns, e.g. " ‫" ه" "أ' " "أ‬

3. "‫رة‬./‫ = "ا  ا‬the demonstrative pronoun, e.g. "

of the above-mentioned definite nouns, e.g.

"ٍ*+" ‫ = "آب‬Mohammad's Book", the book of

In these examples, the word "‫ "آب‬has become

definite.

Besides the above-mentioned definite nouns, all

other nouns are indefinite. They are also of several

types, two of the main categories being:

something, living or non-living, e.g. " >"
