1. Communication: The ability to communicate with people at all levels.
Ability to provide information regarding tasks, plans, schedule, strategies and org structure to stakeholders. 2. Team-Building Skills: Ability to encourage and enable people to work together as a team to accomplish the project. 3. Trust Building: Trust is an essential element in the relationship of a project leader and his or her team. A good leader should be able to develop trust on team members and to delegate tasks, 4.
