A: I have Lawfully registered as a secured party creditor ucc-1 202010068427667. I recently filed with the Iowa
Dickinson county courthouse indemnity agreement common law copyright notice and security agreement. There
response on the court case FECR022384 was that my filings are without merit. They are refusing to settle this
case they have which is frivolous. There is no victim or injured party. The victim they mention in the case is Pete
Woods a friend of mine who has called them requesting to dismiss this case. They have also refused to provide me
with the tax information I requested from them on this case. I have tried to resolve this matter peacefully and stay
in honor of the courts. As excutor/trustee of my estate and trust the prosecutor Amy Zeanor and Judge Naccy L
Whittenburg of Dickinson county courthouse Spirit Lake IA are in breach of the trust.
