 The wisdom management is to manage collective wisdom which gains more
knowledge that creates more wisdom.

 Understanding of wisdom in the data, information, knowledge,


and wisdom spectrum is that wisdom is the application of knowledge to solve
practical problems in the daily life.

 It is a deep understanding and realization of people, things, events or


situations, resulting in the ability to apply perceptions, judgments and actions
in keeping with this understanding.

 It often requires control of one's emotional reactions so that universal


principles, reason and knowledge prevail to determine one's actions.

It is a style of management which is based on experience, sound
judgment and teachings of great leaders.

It is driven by values in the sense that individual goals are


aligned with the organizational values.

 It promotes value driven management for greater effectiveness


in today’s globalized environment

 Move means from lower self to higher self

 Separate ego self from your actions

 Uphold good above the pleasant and bad

 Liberate your mind from duality like failure, success.

 Comprehension of order, justice and goodness in holding continuum


of nature and society over your own personal interest.
