Why: Because it taught us how to take responsibilities not only in our own family but
also in the surroundings and in job. It also taught us how to treat other employee not on
the position they have but also as a human-being.

E. Factors of importance in a job


a. What are your expectations from the job? My expectation is to help me to learn more
about marketing industry and someday I can share to the others what I learn to your
company.
b. How much do you intend to earn initially: as long that I can say that I am stable enough
to provide for my family, same with after 2 years and after 5 years in my own effort and
hard work I intend to earn as how supervisor earn.
c. If given a choice, what kind of company would you like to work for? Anything that will
help me to learn more and improve my skills most likely related to my course.
d. What is your idea of a good supervisor? A good supervisor will help his/her team to do
more. And also, a supervisor that will respect and inspire employee.
e. What kind of relationship do you expect to have with your superior? For as long as he
respects and respond right to the employee it’s all good.
f. What aspect of job do you like? One thing is the benefit that will help me and my family
in case of emergency and another thing is opportunities to use and improve skills.
g. What aspect of job do you dislike? A less of job security, knowing that it so hard to find
new job because of the pandemic.
h. Priority of work values, what factors do you consider important in a work? An employer-
employee relationship, if some of employee has a good employer its hard for them to let
go the company because its really hard to find a good employer that will treasure every
employee.
i. What kind of people do you like to work with? A mature enough to taught me not just in
work-pace but in life.
j. What kind of people don’t you like to work with? Those people who are disrespectful.

What do you do to get things you need or want to buy? Anything that I need and
sometimes a treat for myself for doing well in my job. I invest my money through giving
them to my mom who knows how to budget and if there’s extra money I deposit it in my
micro-savings. I get things I buy through working hard.
