Erika Bernardino conducted an online "kumustahan" or check-in with her friend Trisha Jade Alipio. They discussed their current situations and concerns during the pandemic, and reminded each other to take care of their health. Erika realized the importance of regularly connecting with others, especially during difficult times, as isolation can be harmful. The short chat was a caring gesture that provided comfort and relief to both participants.
