Advertisement for the Position of JRF


Applications are invited from the interested candidates for one temporary position of Junior Research
Fellow (JRF) under DST-SERB Start-up Research Grant (SRG) sponsored project entitled “Strategy
for the synthesis of indole fused benzothiazepines and benzothiazines and explore their biological
activity” bearing the sanction number “SRG/2020/001836”. The Project is for the duration of 2 years.
Details of Qualifications, Emoluments and Duration are given below:

Eligibility First class in B.Sc. Chemistry and M.Sc. Chemistry/Organic Chemistry
The candidate must have a valid GATE/NET/CSIR-JRF/UGC-JRF

Duration 2 Years
Salary Rs. 31,000/- + Rs. 4,960/- (16 % HRA as per norms) per month for 2 years
The selected candidate opting campus accommodation, subjected to the availability
are not eligible for HRA.
Other The selected candidate is eligible to register for PhD degree at NIT Warangal as
Benefits per institute rules.
How to Apply:

Interested candidates are required to apply in the prescribed application format. Completed application
with the copies of certificates should be sent as hard copy by post to the address mentioned below or a
softcopy of application with the supporting documents should be sent by email to [email protected]
so as to reach by 01/01/2021. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
