Therefore, the critical path is A-D-E-G with the total project time of 47 days to finish the
project. This would mean that A, D, E, and G are the critical activities and should be done
according to schedule or else it will cause a delay in the project. On the other hand, activity B
can be extended for another 20 days, activity C for 31 days, activity F, H, and I for 18 days
because they have slack time of 20, 31, and 18 respectively.
