APPLICABLE POSITIONS :

STANDARD : This must be communicated to all workers and should sign.

EQUIPMENT:
 Gloves, goggles, cleaning supplies, testing apparatus, welding machines, respiratory apparatus, face shield.

PROCEDURE:
 Maintenance records should always be kept safe.
 Inspections of the work to be carried out.
 SHE Talks on work to be carried out before work commences.
 All hand tool and equipment’s must be inspected for all work.
 All work must be done under supervision.
 All defects must be reported and provision of safe materials or equipment’s.
 HSE fire equipment’s, first aid kits and any other emergency facilities provided and kept on site or on the job,

TIPS AND TRICKS:


 All inspections must be properly carried out after the work has been done.
