Constraints:

 Feedback has a status related with it so that student can track if it has been followed up
on or not.
 Mess employee keep record of attendance ,on that basis, monthly mess bill is calculated.
 If student mark its attendance , then food will be served , bill will be added.
 Student has mess off option that means not mark attendence , in that case bill will not be
added.
 Generate the monthly expenses bill of mess for student.
 Mess incharge serve at least 2 dishes per day.
 Date and time validity should be checked .
 Mess incharge can update the weekly menu according to the price and expenses.
 Mess incharge also able to see the students information including current status and their
outstanding mess dues.

ABSTRACT:
The purpose is to introduce a detailed depiction of hostel mess management system.
which comprises of two separate softwares, one to be utilized by student , who eat in
mess and live in that hostel , other for the mess management staff. The inspiration

Assumption :
 Database keeps record of those students who live in university hostel and eat mess there.
 1 hostel has multiple students in it.
 1 hostel has only 1 mess administration who decide the weekly menu for students.
 Student may or may not give feedback to the decided weekly menu.
 Mess administration decide the weekly menu for students that includes the menu items
and their respective details.
 Student can view their mess duees .
 There are some weak relations also exists.
