1) The project aims to develop a performance measurement system called the Strategic Plan Scorecard (SPS) to monitor progress against the company's five-year strategic plan and allow departments to generate comparative analysis reports. 2) The project leader is M.D. and will follow a traditional project management approach. Key milestones include receiving action plans from departments, planning the system, designing reports and dashboards, and customizing and presenting the final system. 3) The project aims to be completed by January 19th, 2018 and will deliver a customized Excel-based system to monitor performance against KPIs and the company's six strategic goals.
