To better illustrate the study, the flow of study is presented in the paradigm above. This study

will deepen the knowledge about the nature of student leadership organization especially the
experiences of student-leader. Hence, the foregoing paradigm presents the variable of the study

and the processes through which it was conducted using the system approach with the input,

process and output.

Input frame shows the dependent variable of the study that includes the demographic profile

of the respondents and their experiences. While the process frames demonstrate the procedure

and treatment that the data will undergo. In the other hand, the output process comprise of

dependent variable of the study. The feedback in conceptual paradigm shows the ideas and

concepts that emerge as the study will go along with the data collection.
