its state of the art manufacturing facility at Panoli GIDC, Bharuch Gujarat.
SILICOfix is a ready mix thin block jointing mortar which can be used for laying AAC blocks, Concrete blocks etc. The mortar
is a pre-mixed cement-based product that only requires the addition of water to produce an easily applied mortar, giving
durable joints of 3mm.
SILICOfix has a combination of cement, graded sand and additives formulated after extensive research to provide the best
adhesion and bonding strength.

Method of Application

Clean the surface of application well; Slightly wet the surface before applying SILICOfix
Mix 200 - 250 ml of water per kg to the dry SILICOfix powder depending on the thickness
of the joint to be built-up. Add water in stages, mixing uniformly to get a smooth paste.
Ensure no dry powder remains after addition of water.
Using a proper trowel, apply a thin uniform layer of SILICOfix, approx 3 to 4mm thick.
Place block and apply SILICOfix on both the sides of the block.
Continue laying the next block and follow the same procedure to complete the structure.
Clean excess material and reuse after laying each block.
