Action Plan: Part I: Short-Term Medium-Term Long-Term

1) Teachers will collaborate in PL communities to analyze student data and use it to plan differentiated instruction including tutoring and interventions to increase student understanding and performance on EOC assessments. 2) Teachers will consistently integrate effective teaching practices including assistive technology to support all students, especially those with disabilities and English learners. This will allow students to collaborate, think critically, and demonstrate content mastery using technology. 3) Monitoring of student performance data and observations will be used to ensure strategies are implemented and having the expected outcome of an increase in the number of students meeting or exceeding EOC standards.
