I. SCOPE OF ENGANGEMENT
 OUR UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR REQUIREMENTS
PT PPP is a company which engaged in the field of aviation services. Because of many
business transactions that impact on complexity of tax problems facing currently, we
think management will require a professional consultant to provide tax consulting.

 SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED
Given the above understanding the scope of engagement which we will deliver will
cover the following:
i. Reviewing documents and all the corresponding files prior to submission to tax
authorities after Pan Aviasi Indonesia sending them by email.
ii. Prepare and submit the monthly tax reports, consist of: SPT Masa PPh 21
(current employee income tax), SPT Masa PPh 23 (withholding tax for a
company) and SPT Masa PPh Pasal 4 art. 2 (tax for office rent).
iii. Prepare and submit the annual corporate income tax reports at the end of April
on yearly basis.

II. FEE ARRANGEMENT


 FEES AND BILLING SCHEDULE
Our professional fee according to services to be provided is Rp. ……,- (………. rupiah) per
month and Rp. …………,- (…………….. rupiah) after completing the annual corporate
income tax reports per year. We will send you our billing in the beginning of month.

 OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES


Out-of-pocket expenses ("OPE") such as transportation or travelling expenses and
communications expenses will be added to the above fee with your consent.

III. OUR ENGAGEMENT TEAM


The key member of the engagement team is as follows:

DDD - Supervisor

IV. CONFIDENTIALITY
Consultan and PT PPP to take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of any
proprietary or confidential information of the other. In respect of Consultan 's confidential
responsibility, the confidentiality obligation shall not apply to:
 Information which is, or which through no fault of Consultan becomes, public
knowledge or
 Information which becomes available to Consultan legitimately and lawfully from a
third party, to the extent such information is received without obligation of secrecy or
restriction on use from said third party; or
 Information which is already in Consultan ‘s possession in written form without
restriction on use or disclosure and which was not in anticipation of performance of this
engagement; or
 Disclosure of information required by law as well as public authorities or courts of law;
or
 Disclosure to other consultants of professionals hired by PT PPP provided such
disclosure is notified upfront or thereafter to the Client.

V. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION


All aspects of the services under this engagement are governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute controversy or claims arising out of or relating to this
proposal, if not amicably settled between Consultan and PT PPP, shall be settled by District
Court Jakarta Timur, decision of which will serve as a final, binding and executable settlement.

VI. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
If the above terms meet with your approval, we would appreciate your signing one copy of this
letter and returning it to us. The second copy should be kept for your records.

We take pleasure in offering our services to your company and believe that we are well qualified to
meet your specific needs. We hope that you will consider our proposal favorably, and look forward to
the opportunity of working with you.
