2. Explain why and how region 4 splits into two.

During the presidency of Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, she initiates to split the Region 4 into two.
According to her it would be for the betterment of the region and to the nearest region. It
would increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery system if this two region would
classify respectively. This may result in reduction of numbers of poverty in the country.
Additionally, to make everything happen the region 4 government improve the road and the
route of every region. They made access to any province for faster transaction.

Your adventure starts when you arrived at Godolfredo R. Ramos airport the tourist
guide will welcome you. You will leave Caticlan to Carabao Island through a ferry boat it takes 1
hour and 45minutes. Upon the arrival on the Island, you may take habal – habal. Your first
destination is the famous twin sister of boracay in Carabao Island, the white beach sand. The
whole surrounding is refreshing, there are palm threes towering along the coastline.
Afterwards, you may go to adventurous cathedral cave. You need to walked for minute before
to reach the hidden cave. There were small fish around the area and the water is so clean. The
cave naturally forms through rock formation. then you will visit the nearby koding – koding cliff
which one of the best cliff jumping spot. You will totally enjoy your first day at romblon. When
sun tries to cool down, tagaytay point is the ideal view to witness the sunrise.

DAY 2 AT TABLAS ISLAND
As you experience the blast of Carabao Island, your 2nd day tour will let you experience
the ultimate expedition in your entire life. You will be amaze how beautiful Romblon is. Your
journey begins as you wake up early to join the route going to Santa Fe in Tablas Island. This
may the an hour from Carabao Island. Still, the mood of transportation is ferry boat. Another,
30 minutes to finally arrived as Looc marine sanctuary, the best spot for snorkeling. You will
discover numerous marine life, Variety of fish and increadible coral reef. You could also visit the

DAY 4 OF ROMBLON ISLAND
On the 4th day of your tour you will explore the Romblon Island. Discover the tiamban

the first San Andres the historical heritage in the romblon town. During the Spaniard, it was
built to guard the town against the pirates and Spaniards troops. It gives so much color and
