METHOD STATEMENT OF HOARDING INSTALLATION

Material
1. 100mm x 50mm RHS M.S Post
2. 100mm x 50mm RHS M.S strut
3. 50mm x 50mm SHS M.S horizontal
4. 0.36mm thick G.I sheet
5. Concrete

Method of Works
1. Surveyor will peg the hoarding alignment at site based on Construction Drawings.
2. Set out the 800mm x 800mm x 800mm concrete base as per shop drawing.
3. Fit the vertical post 4.5 meter to the concrete based.
4. Fit back stays to posts welded with 3mm all around and concrete bases every 3
meters.
5. Fit horizontal rails to the vertical posts welded with 3mm all around.
6. Fit 4.2 meter high G.I sheet to vertical and horizontal members using screw.
7. Install the entrance gate size 9000mm x 4500mm high at remaining area with
support at both sides using welded.
