Task on push button

Task-1 . draw an one line diagram such


that when a push button is pressed an
output indicator lamp gets ON.
Task-2 . draw an one line diagram such
that when a push button is pressed an
output indicator lamp gets OFF which is
previously ON & when the push button is
released the output gets again ON.

Task on LIMIT SWITCH


Draw an one line diagram such that when
a limit switch is pressed an output
indicator lamp l1 gets OFF, which is
previously ON & simultaneously a buzzer
gets ON ,which is previously OFF when the
limit swich is released the lamp & the
buzzer returns to its previous position .

Task on selector SWITCH


When a selector switch is released at
position ‘1’ an output indicater lamp l1
gets ON which is previously OFF .
When a same selector switch is
selected at position a buzzer gets ON
which is previously OFF when the same
selector switch is selected at position ‘0’
both the indicator lamp l1 & buzzer gets
OFF .
Task on relay
When a magnetic relay coil is energized
with a 24 v D.C. supply through a push
button it will make a 230 v ac . buzzer ON
when the same magnetic relay coil is de-
enrgized through released of push button
it will make the 230 v AC buzzer OFF .
Task on proximity switch
when a proximity switch or a metal sensor
senses a metal an indicator lamp gets ON
WHICH IS PREVIOUSLY OFF .
when the same proximity switch or
metal does not senses the metal take
indicator lamp gets OFF . the working
voltage of the lamp is 230 v AC .
Task on magnetic contactor
Inching circuit –
When the push button is pressed a 230 v
indicator lamp l1 gets ON THROUGH A 230
V AC contactor . when the same push
button is released the indicator lamp gets
OFF .
LATCHING CIRCUIT –
When the push button is pressed a 230 v
indicator lamp l1 gets ON THROUGH A 230
V AC contactor . when the same push
button is released the indicator lamp still
remains ON .
Start stop CIRCUIT –
when a start push button (pb1) is pressed
an indicator lamp l1 gets ON through a
contactor when the same push button pb1
is released the indicator lamp still remains
ON . when another push button pb2 is
pressed & released the indicator lights gets
OFF . l1 can again made ON by pressing &
releasing push button (pb1) .
task
draw an one line diagram such that when a
push button (pb1) is pressed & released it
will make a indicator lamp l1 gets ON. &
remains ON unless a stop push button
(pb2) is pressed . when pb2 is pressed
lamp l1 gets OFF when l1 gets ON another
lamp l2 gets OFF which is previously ON
when lamp l1 gets OFF lamp l2 again gets
ON .
TASK FORWORD REVERSE CIRCUIT
Draw an one line diagram for a logic such
that when a start push button pb1 is
pressed . a contactor k1 (forword
contactor ) gets ON & latched when
another push button pb2 is pressed
contactor k1 gets OFF .
When another start push button pb3 is
pressed a contactor k2 (reverse contactor )
Gets ON & latched when pb2 (stop push
button) is pressed contactor k2 gets OFF.
INTERLOCKING -
When a contactor k1 (forword contactor )
gets ON & latched by pressing start push
button pb1 if pb3 is pressed then contactor
k2 should not get ON .
Similarly when contactor k2 (reverse
contactor ) gets ON & latched by pressing
start push button pb3 if pb1 is pressed
then contactor k1 should not get ON , but
both the contactor can be stopped by
common stop push button pb2.

Task on timer
Star delta starter circuit-
when a start push button pb1 is pressed
two contactor k1 (main contactor ) & k2
(start contactor ) gets ON & latched also a
A1D1X timer gets power when pb1 is
pressed
after 15 sec of push button pb1 is
pressed another contactor k3 gets ON
automatically through timer .
when contactor k3 gets ON
simultaneously k2 & timer gets OFF but
still k2 remains ON .
when contactor k3 gets ON it makes a
buzzer ON such that it will say the motor is
now moving in its full speed ,when a push
button pb2 (stop pb ) is pressed all the
logic gates OFF after 15sec or before 15
sec.
task on four push button
draw an one line diagram by using four
push button & three no. of contactor such
as
pb1:- start push button for k1
pb2:- start push button for k2
pb3:- start push button for k3
pb4:- common stop push button for k1, k2,
k3.
