The tourism industry has undergone rapid growth of unsurpassed nature over the last several
decades. This has mainly been due to the advent of a ‘borderless’ world and increased
information dissemination about the majestic sceneries throughout the world, with the northern
region of pakistan being no exception.
SOLUTION SUMMARY:
Pak Travels intends to provide individual and group travel to leisure clients. Services and
products provided by pak Travels will initially include pre-arranged tours, custom packages
according to clients specifications, travel consultation, and as time progresses making
reservations for lodging amongst other related services. Pak Travels seeks to differentiate itself
as the premier adventure travel company in the Pakistan area.

NAME OF COMPANY:
The name of our company that provide travel services is Pak Travels .
The idea is to promote the tourism at northern areas with much better facilities for the tourists.
We all know the northern areas of Pakistan are enrich with heavenly beauty, one that every eye
wish to view and every soul wish to feel it. So why not share this beauty with people not just
Pakistani tourist how about the whole world! People will love to have such astonishing
experience in their lives that becomes their unforgettable memory.
Many tourists come to the northern areas to visit. Lots of them are students groups, married
couples, and sometime families. Since the do not have the knowledge of those northern areas
about the routes they should take and the best places for view and where to stay within a proper
budget and where to enjoy a good meal, therefore the will need a travel guide for sure.
This business main idea is to provide the tourist with the knowledge of northern areas with a
proper guide, starting from their traveling routes, and comfortable hotel room’s arrangement for
their stay and with good quality food, best view places in the area and making their traveling
experience safe and amusing with nice vehicles. All of these things with different packages
within a reasonable budget.
MISSION STATEMENT:
Pak travels mission is to provide customers with the highest quality outdoor adventure. We exist
to attract and maintain customers. When we adhere to this maxim, everything else will fall into
place.
INDUSTRY ANALYSIS:
The travel agency industry consists of companies whose primary goal is to market travel services
by providing the services of booking and arranging travel tours and accommodations to general
and commercial clients. The services of travel agents are primarily engaged for include
reservations and tickets for lodging and flights while traveling, as well as arranging packaged
tours and cruises. Travel agents are also able to arrange auto rentals, set up travel insurance, and
help with the monetary exchanges for international travel. The revenue of the travel agent
industry is made of up the fees charged for their services, and what services the client requests.
This industry possesses a well-established base of suppliers.
The demand for travel agents relies on a number of factors: economic growth, business and
leisure travel, consumer income, airline seat availability, technological developments, and the
price of jet fuel. The primary costs this industry has to cope with include computer services and
telecommunication services. As many consumers are more often turning to online booking
services, computer access is imperative, and will online services will increase overall

Independent travel agencies depend on their marketing strategies to effectively appeal to the
consumer and thus general a profit. Smaller companies put emphasis on catering to a small
amount of large clientele, and serving a specific locale. Large travel agencies focus on corporate
clients, and are able to provide a broad spectrum of services, as well as operate elaborate
websites to promote their services.
MARKET ANALYSIS:
Pak Travel Group will focus its initial efforts in obtaining clients in the northern sides of
Pakistan interested in the luxury travel market. Travel and tourism is the nation’s largest services
export industry. The World Economic Forecast Association (WEFA) forecasts travel & tourism
to grow by 4.1% a year between 2000 and 2005 in terms of real spending.
MARKET PLAN
The first thing that we are really focused on is to provide best services to our customers rather
than focusing on the number of customers.
Then we are planning to start a Facebook page and a YouTube channel to share different
beautiful experience of the beautiful areas to seek people attention and suggest our reasonable
packages within reasonable budget for visiting those heavenly enrich places. We are planning to
use other social platforms as well to let the people know about the places they would love to
explore, and the services they will love to have.
PRODUCT:
Our company provide transport services to the tourist to have a better travel experience and
guide the tourist about the best views in the northern areas and the place to stay with best
facilities.
PRICING OF SERVICES:
Our company will provide different packages to the customers and they can select the package
according to their budget.
DISTRIBUTION OF SERVICE:
Customers can contact us for our services though our company’s website as well as from our
company’s mobile application. Customers can plan their tour on our website and chose a vehicle
that they feel comfortable with. Our customer will provide us their location and we will sent the
transport and a guide for which they requested.
MARKET SEGMENTATION:
The target customers of Pak Travel are tourist from all over the Pakistan starting from the age of
30-70 years of age. These people are interested in adventure, history, gastronomy, travel culture
and unique travel experiences. Target groups are as follows. Corporations, civic groups and
nonprofit organizations, interested in incentives, retreats, field trips and fund raisers.
MARKET GROWTH:
The travel industry is growing day by day, the reasons for this growth include a healthy domestic
economy. Travel has increased each year since 2005, which is growing at an estimate 5%
annually, has started to be the one of the fastest growing segments of the travel industry.
Additionally, there has been a dramatic increase in corporate participation in the travel market
specially the tour to northern areas of Pakistan. These places has not only attracted the attention
of Pakistani citizen but it’s fame has travel around the globe.
MARKET NEEDS:
Many potential customers have questions related to numerous aspects of foreign travel.
Experience travelers and travel professionals have invaluable knowledge about destinations,
accommodations, prices and the myriad questions that arise. General customers look to the travel
professional to provide them with sound advice on these matters.
OPERATIONAL PLAN
Pak Travel is a travel agency where we will provide a full travel package to the customers.
However, Pak Travel will not do everything on our own. Pak Travel will only act as a travel
agent who handle the booking of the accommodations, order foods, book activities and hire a
travel guide along with the transport. The one who will provide and serve the accommodations,
foods, activities and travel guide are the third party that Pak Travel makes a deal with. Having
said that, Pak Travel is actually an intermediary that connect the customers with the third party.
The “back stage” and “front stage” of Pak Travel’s operations are further describe in the next
section. “BACK STAGE” OPERATION Based on the above diagram; customer will purchase
the travel package from Pak Travel. Then, Pak Travel will make a contact with the third party
consists of the owner of the accommodation, the activities organizer, the travel guide and also
the catering to provide the necessities to the customer. On the day of the travel, the customer will
receive the services from the third party which is also can be considered as Pak Travel’s business
partner. “FRONT STAGE” OPERATIONS The front stage operations is the operations of Pak
Travel on the customer’s view. Based on the above diagram, the customer will only interact with
Pak Travel for the purchase of the travel package. In customer’s point of view, they will think
that Pak Travel is the one who provides them will all of those necessities.
FINANCIAL PROJECTION:
Our main source of the fund will come from the contribution of the owners and borrowing. We
will borrow some money from the bank. The portion of funding will be as follow:
