II. Action Phase
The community action
plan:
Every Saturday at
exactly 7:00 AM, the
teenagers engage in
clean-up drive in their
sorroundings while
wearing mask and gloves
and observing proper
segregation of the
garbages and seperating
plastics for ecobricks
making.
Then, around 8:30 am
they will take a 30
minutes break.
Around 9:00 am, they
will go to gathering hall
for ecobricks making
using the plasics they
collected.
While they are making
ecobricks, the
community health
worker will monitor their
progress and weight
their products accurately
so that it will be balance.
The finished products
will be collected by the
community health
worker and submitted to
Brgy. Official.
III. Exit Phase
The Brgy. Offical and

conduct a meeting in the
community to ask the
community members
what community
resources needs to be
improve and what are
the future projects to
improve the community.
The community health
worker document the
accomplishement made
by the community
members. This includes

services rendered,

drive and ecobricks

develop the community
members to keep their
recording and reporting
systems and their
accomplishements.
