NCP Episiotomy Wound

The patient reported acute pain from an episiotomy wound with a surgical incision. Over two days of nursing care, the objectives were to monitor the patient's vital signs, assess pain levels, and provide interventions like cleansing bed baths and administering pain relievers to help the patient feel more comfortable and report less pain.
