What is My Learning Fusion?
Fusion is a 3rd generation Learning Platform, VLE, LMS & CMS supplied as a single product.
It can be used on desktops, laptops, smart TVs, smartphones and tablets, any device with an internet connection.

Teachers, Parents, Students, Staff and guests all have access to their individual school community
Individual parents have their own accounts, so they don’t need to share logins.
Consultants, Visitors, and Stakeholders can also login to the community if required.

 How is Fusion Managed?
The product can be served online as a Cloud Service (SaaS), or it can be hosted within a data centre. Fusion can also be
hosted individually inside a school and is also available as a portable solution

 The Learning Environment
Learning environments need to consider not just the device, but the ability and age of the end-
user, and provide a completely customisable experience. The interface also needs to consider
that the user may not have English as their preferred language.

Fusion provides 25 customisable themes,

available in three different learning/ability ranges.
Themes can be BRANDED to suit your school’s style, logo and colourway needs.

What About Content?
We discovered that over 80% of content publishers struggle to share their materials outside of their own website, meaning that students and
teachers have to remember many logins and passwords. We designed a system which could securely store these credentials for each user
(Content Library). The result is the ability to seamlessly access hundreds of content providers directly inside Fusion.

Importantly, we also allow the school to select which content providers, and for what type of user they are available.

We don’t charge any fees at all for attempting to integrate with a provider. If
your establishment or group requires other providers, we work directly with
them to make it happen. We do the work for you.

 File Sharing
Our drag-and-drop online file manager supports over 180
different file types and automatically tags images, videos
and text for you as it goes.

A unique aspect of Fusion is that every single file which

contains text is automatically read by our system and
instantly ‘tagged’ with keywords. This means that users can
search for materials with a single click.

Distribute content to any device with a simple scan of a

QR Code too.

Fusion can also form ‘connections’ to online providers such

as Dropbox, Google and OneDrive. If hosted inside your
school it can also connect to your traditional school’s
server to seamlessly share files through Fusion.

Every student and teacher within the product each can
create, share and curate their own personal website.
Every teacher also has additional permissions to create
group websites for their class or learning space.
We also allow the school to create their own website
which can be seamlessly published to FTP space.
Since all work is protected by the bad-word filter, there
is always a level of protection. There is even the ability
to elect that the sites can be seen publicly, this is all
controlled by the school.

Fusion provides a centralised communications platform which allows messaging/emails to be exchanged on any device (including Push Notifications)
between students, staff, teachers, parents and the entire school. Available in any language and fully managed within the school.

Student Safety
Our product is equipped with a built-in “bad word” filter list of
unacceptable terms, language and words, which operates across
any device. It is an initial safety net to detect and prevent bad
behaviour within the product. Any location where a user can type
text is automatically scanned by our filter and the offending item is
quarantined and a member of staff notified.
Importantly, this service also shows the context of the narrative. It
logs the date, time and IP location of the user and allows detailed
reporting of such incidents.
