11645, of the Cadastral Survey of Laoag), situated in the Poblacion (San Agustin), City of
Laoag. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot No. 11646; on the SE., along line 2-3 by
Torres Bugallio Street; on the SW, along line 3-4 by Lot No. 11645-A, of the subdivision plan;
on the NW. along line 4-1 by Lot 35943, Laoag Cadastre. Containing an area of FOUR
HUNDRED EIGHTY (480) SQUARE METERS, more or less. Covered by Transfer Certificate of
Title No. T-23960.
